According to http://www.uscemeteryproj2.com/tennessee/crockett/cypress/forsythevl.htm, it looks like she stayed in Crockett County TN after her divorce with Lois. She passed away in 1923 with the last name of Forsythe. Other records searches are not giving me much information. I'm not really able to get much information from my grandfather as that side of the family doesn't really talk to me much. Another records search shows me that Velmar and Lois had a daughter by the name of Peggy Ann Hale, who died July 7th, 2012 and she lived in Friendship, TN. Peggy had Two brothers, Robert Virgil Scarborough (my grandfather), and Billy Neil Scarborough. I'm not sure if this info is relevant, but so far, it's the best I could come up with.
