Greetings everyone! Hope you have had a great Christmas Day and that your evening will be just as enjoyable. We've had Maya here all week, and she and her boyfriend are cooking us an authentic Indian meal for Christmas dinner. chicken and fish curries, carrot halwa, roasted squash with yogurt and pomegranate, and other various and sundry goodies. We've been busy as little bees cleaning up as they cook away. The smells and sights in the kitchen are wonderful! Buckette, so great to hear from you! Don't let it be so long until your next post! I know Cuzette Wendy broke her arm somewhere between Turnersburg, NC and Chicago, spending a night (I think) in the hospital, and now is visiting her inlaws in Chicago. Things happen!
