Hazel Newsom Knoxville, TN Hazel Davis Newsom, age 73, of the Hardin Valley Community of Knoxville passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 at her home. Hazel was preceded in death by her son, Bueford Lovelace Jr; husband, Dillard (Dee) Newsom; parents, Harvey Lee Davis and Lou Bright Davis; sister, Mildred Davis Romines; brothers, Cecil, Clarence, Holbert, Jimmy, David and Fred Davis. She is survived by children, Sandra Cleveland of Knoxville, Tommy Lovelace and wife Mary of Jasper, TN, Sharon Barker of Knoxville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Sims of Knoxville, Bobbie Romines of Florida and Clara Wise of Kingston; brother, Roy Davis of Georgia; several nieces and nephews; father of her children, Bueford Lovelace. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:45 p.m. on Sunday at the Click Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Virgil Davis officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at Marietta Cemetery for graveside services.
