OLIVIA FARLEY ANDERSON (Age 88) "Libby" Widow of the late columnist Jack N. Anderson, passed away in the early morning of May 23, 2015, after a long and slow decline. Libby was born February 17, 1927, in Upland, West Virginia, the third of five children and second daughter of John Dewey and Rachel Henderson Farley. She was a tomboy, once described by her mother as "always outside kickin' up her heels with the boys." She was also an unusually talented genealogist and family historian. Libby is survived by one sister, Elizabeth (Sowards), and all nine of her children: Cheri (Loveless), Lance Farley, Laurie (Anderson-Bruch), Tina (Carmichael), Kevin Northman, Randy Nielsen, Tanya (Neider), Rodney Victor, & Bryan Wesley and many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
