Harold Pruitt Knoxville, TN Harold David "Dope Truck" Pruitt, went to be with his heavenly Father, at the age of 80, on April 21, 2015. Harold was a retired truck salesman and parts delivery man for NAPA Auto Parts. He will be remembered as a loving husband, caring father and beloved papaw. He was a lifetime member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Lovelace and his father, Henry Pruitt; and his brother, James Donald Pruitt. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy "Dottie" Pruitt; children, Perry David Pruitt,Sr. (Debbie); Penny Pruitt Hall (Dewayne); grandchildren, Kristi Pruitt (Justin), Perry Pruitt, Jr. (Keyla), Jan Teal (Jon), Jessica VanMeter (Tom), Kayla Webb (Kevin), Jennifer Jarnigan, Chris Hall, Alexandra Hall; great-grandchildren, Aspen Cait Webb and Joseph Nolin Pruitt; sister, Mary Lynn Fain (Ray); sisters in law, Margaret Pruitt and Janice Lunceford; brothers in law; Joseph Nutter and John Irwin; aunt, Frances Bailey; uncles, Joe Prueitt and Howard Prueitt; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of life service at Bethel United Methodist Church.
