    3. LOVELACE CLAUDETTE RAMOS Age 81, of Youngstown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Valley Care Northside Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Lovelace was born on March 24, 1933, in New Kensington, PA, a daughter of Frank and Eva Wilkins Bradford. She was a graduate of Deer-Frazer High School in Creighton, PA. She worked at PPG and retired in the mid 1990s from Fisher Scientific. Claudette enjoyed many years of being a choir director at the Baptist Temple Church in Pittsburgh. She also served at the Good Hope Baptist Church, the Laketon Heights United Methodist Church, the Beulah Baptist Church, and the Shiloh Baptist Church. She was also a choir director for the Leechburg Valley Choraliers and the Sounds of Heritage. She loved the Lord and read the Bible everyday. She was an avid fan of the cooking channel, loved music and taught piano lessons. She enjoyed playing games with her family, and crocheted many blankets, with love, for her family members. She will be greatly missed by all. She was so very proud of her nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Eva Bradford; her daughter, Carlotta Gadsden; her son, Wendell J. Lovelace; and her sister, Charlene Marion. She is survived by her husband, Luther Lovelace, Jr., of Pittsburgh, PA; her daughter, Dr. Sherri R. Lovelace-Cameron and husband, Daryl, of Youngstown, OH; her son, Charles A. Gaston and wife, Allison, of Falling Waters, WV; along with a host of nieces, nephews other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Doctors Without Borders , 333 7th Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, New York, 10001. Services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Baptist Church, 528 Lincoln Ave., Yo., OH. Calling hours will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Cemetery, 6933 Lemington Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
