The picture appears to be a African-American Dorothy Lee Johnson Morris The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Dorothy Lee Johnson Morris of LaGrange will be Monday, March 9, 2015 at 1:00PM at the Warren Temple United Methodist Church. Rev. Ernest Abernathy will officiate. Burial will be in the Southview Cemetery. Mrs. Morris, a native of LaGrange, was born July 15, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Tom and Jessie Mae Reed Johnson. She was a 1957 graduate of East Depot High School and was employed until retirement as a licensed practical nurse at Columbus Regional Medical Center. She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Arthur Morris Jr. and Wendell J. Morris; sisters, Annie Ruth Lovelace, Dayton OH; Elizabeth Johnson, Cleveland, OH; Mable Abernathy, Cleveland, OH; Sandra Johnson, LaGrange; brothers, Cliff Johnson, Atlanta; Thomas ("T.J.") Johnson; two granddaughters: Mieshia Boykin and BreAnna Morris; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Jessie Mae Johnson and Helen Johnson; and brother, Walter Johnson (Gladys).
