His wife was Christine Willis (whose mother was Evelyn Lovelace <-Sylvester Miller Lovelace <- James Nathan <- Thomas <- Nathan <- Asa <- Barton <- Benjamin).  I'm not sure how the step grandchildren listed have the Lovelace last name.  Perhaps someone else will know. The StarShelby, NC March 3, 2015 BOBBY GLOVER SHELBY- Bobby Gene Glover, 68, of 1131 Jim Elliott Road, Shelby, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby. He was born on Feb. 3, 1947, in Cleveland County, to the late J.P. Glover and Ruth Elizabeth Dixon Glover. He attended Friendly Chapel Baptist Church and retired from Cone Mills, Cliffside. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Christine Glover; two grandsons, Dustin Tomlin and Tyler Tomlin; and a brother, Jimmy Glover. He is survived by his two sons, Robby Glover and wife Amy of Shelby, and Shane Glover and wife Stacey of Fallston; daughter, Kim Ellis and husband Brian of Fallston; two sisters, Brenda Humphries of Shelby and Cornelia Glover of Shelby; four grandchildren Kris Tomlin wife Jennifer, Autumn Glover, Colton Glover, Brandon Glover and two step grandchildren Michael Lovelace III & Cody Lovelace; great granddaughter, Brentlie Hight; two special friends, Kenneth Hunt & Russell Glover. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Fallston. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Norris Willis. The body will be placed in the church thirty minutes prior to the service.
