News Death Notice OWENS, Anna Clyde Age 88, born May 5, 1926 in Dayton, Ohio, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015. Anna was a graduate of Dunbar High School in 1944. She retired from McCalls. She was a member of Phillips Temple C.M.E. Church and served on the Missionary East Circle. Preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Henry William and Anna Lou (Mitchell) Jones; husband, Robert P. Owens; daughter, Brenda J. Gist; brother, James Jones. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Luther Lovelace, Corona, Ca; daughter, Michele Kamatta, Baltimore, MD; sister, Mildred Chatfield; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Phillips Temple C.M.E. Church, 3620 Shiloh Springs Rd. Pastor James E. Washington officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
