WOOD, JULIET BABBIT, 94 Alachua - Juliet Babbit Wood, 94, of Alachua, FL, passed away on January 3, 2015. Juliet is predeceased by her husband of 73 years, Wilbur L Wood, Sr. her parents, Harry L. Babbit, Sr. and Maude Scott Babbit; her grandson Wilbur L Wood III; brothers, The Rev. Harry Babbit and Cmdr. Cameron Babbit. She is survived by her son, Dr. Wilbur L Wood, Jr. (Barbara Overton), daughter, Juliet Wood Thaxton, grandchildren, Kristi Thaxton Lovelace, James Thaxton III, Lisa Wood Kinsell, and 6 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday February 21, 2015 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 100 NE 1st Street, Gainesville, FL.
