    2. My mother did that....sho did work well. Went click, click, click.... very similiar to how yours went. But, the history of wonderful Ole Buckley was we were rejoined though we had known each other vaguely for years.....when one is a fledging damsel 10 yrs. younger, one does not play w/ the big ole boys.... o : and OB was a dashing, disreputable, bon vivant bachelor of 46 when I married him. And, I like to say abt. him....he never really married. Independent forever. Not to say I wasn't. I really doubt anyone else could have been married to either of us, but each other. So, living trusts and cooperation like that were simply out of the question on both sides. Actually he left everything in perfect order.....it's the people in the middle that are causing the problems, and I will be more explanatory abt. that to everyone later because I think it will cause some of you to check out a few things abt. their own affairs. Buckette Buckette, My parents set up a living trust to keep things simple. When Pop passed three years ago, I settled his estate in about and hour and a half. He had property in two counties and a little of this and that all over the place. No probate, no contesting the will, no bank delays, no junk. It took longer to drive between the county seats than it took with the clerk of court. If only they had cleaned out some junk from the many sheds and basement!!!!!!!!! Still no where near clean. 3. Buckette, my mother once moved 18 five gallon bucket of rainwater! And, about 40 years ago in the final illness of a friend of my mother, this woman asked my mother to take care of "Uncle Walter's ashes". I still have the ashes - he is not our relative; I have done no genealogical research to see if he has any living relatives; and I keep forgetting to put Uncle Walter at rest every time I plant a rose. Sigh! Lisabeth On Sat, Aug 28, 2010 at 5:30 PM, spice3@juno.com <spice3@juno.com> wrote: > My mother did that....sho did work well.
