James died Aug 23, 1898, born Kentucky, parents NC. Frances died November 9, 1891. Children were, Ben, Sydney Jackson, Samuel, Angie, John, Elizabeth, William, James R., Sarah, Josiah, Leander and Five more children who were either stillborn or died in infancy. James R. married Lanie Shaw, daughter of Daniel and Julia Ann Reynolds Shaw of La Porte Co., Indiana. James was born 1845, died 1929. Lanie was born 1848 and died 1931.
