    2. Mornin' Cuzzies, From what I've learned: a little word to the wise about friends and family wholose significant people: the one left has a new head that is not screwed on.I don't know why that is. One's ability to think constructively just goes totallyout the window. You repeat stuff all the time and ask the same questions overand over. I've now gotten to where I depend on several to think along w/ mebecause my ability to critically analyze just isn't here. I understand stronglythat it goes w/ the territory. So, if this happens in your family or to a closefriend, understand they are not into accute senility.....that's just the way it isfor awhile. And, I'm also told that all returns to normal by and by. So, if youwant to be of help, know that this is the drill.....it's normal. Ole Buckley was a whiz bang in the stock market, just making money hand overfist, from being self-educated.....read book after book and kept charts all overthis house, that I didn't know about. My learning curve on such is just waaaaytoo steep to take that up myself, so I bailed outta there about election time. Themarket may or may not crash, but certainly it will readjust. In the meantime thebank dept. he was w/ on these stocks is either highly incompentent or crooked asa dawg's hind leg. Getting his money away from the bank has been a real deal.Four and a half months after the fact, I'm still struggling to move his money tomy bank where I'm very well treated and very well cared for.....so, all my wakinghours are spent on this endeavor and that's why you aren't hearing from me much. It's a war! That's just one of the many problems which I will elaborate on later.....one needsto be aware because these situations are going to happen to almost everyone inthe next decade or so. None of us got outta kindergarden yesterday! o : Now you have a good one today! TGIF! ( : Susan

    3. Good morning, Buckette, sorry you are having the typical problems you have described. Of course, *your* bank is much friendlier and easier to deal with because they want *all* your business. My husband quotes Octavio Paz when he says" remember that in things most important to you, you are alone in this world." Your banker's primary job is to *keep* his job and make money for the *bank*. If you stay relatively trouble free, he will be happy. If he was as smart as Old Buckley, he wouldn't be working for the bank! Perhaps not doing anything or at least, the least amount necessary, for the first 6 months might be a good course. Pet the cats when you get really stressed and know that lots of us are thinking of you and learning from your experiences.
