Mornin' Cuzzies, Lovely, quiet, sunshiny, peaceful day here. Trees almost fully out. Beautiful fresh green canape over Houston town. Gray kitty, new *pet* in the house, but an ole resident, is laying at my feet rubbing up against my ankle.....strange chile! No, he's never done that before.....was a very aloof kitty. o : Fluff, new orphan cat who comes around every morn to get fed and carries a front paw up because it's been injured, is still around. Lets me pet his forehead now. I need to grab him, put him in the kitty carrier and haul him off to the vet.....except he would probably shred me. Still working on trying to be frens. Today is Texas Independence Day.....and I suspect many here still wish we were independent. No, no matter what you might hear from time to time, Texans are going nowhere. Lance Bertman, biggie Astro gun at bat, back in the line-up after an injury. Interesting.....he's Da Kid's age, Da Kid's fren. Da Kid commented last night.....at age 36, he wonders how much gas Lance still has in the tank to continue thru the injuries. A pro player's life, though very glamorous looking, is very, very tough. And, Lance has four little ones at home.....all girls! o : Off to the garage yet again.....yeah, it's a mess! Well, half of it is still a mess! Buckette

Happy San Jacinto Day, a day late, oops. Missed Texas Independence Day on March 2 too, been busy.
