    3. Greg, I am trying to retrieve a copy of the newspaper obituary for my father, (Rufus) Glenn Davis, Maryville TN, Oct 1997. I have been unable to find it.  But several websites "promise" success if I give them credit card info.  I'm not eager to do that. I have tried the webroots search engine for archived Lovelace posts with no success. Do you have any suggestions?     3. William, Thanks for your comment. I tried both.  I could not find a link to archives on the Maryville on-line paper and the Knoxville paper says it only has archives back to 2005.
