Mornin' Cuzzies, Got one bank totally out of my hair yesterday. It is enough to shoot up a flare! When two horsey, independent people as Ole Buckley and I merged, one a 46 yr. old bachelor and the other a gal who'd been living on her own for 8 years, the merging sometimes in areas never takes place, as it did w/ our bank accounts, which always remained seperate. I would suggest if you are of that hardheaded ilk, when one is terminal, you make some changes. ( : This particular bank wouldn't even talk to me, tell me what was in the account, nothing! So, I had to wait two months for the probate to take place to find out one thing. Then after I showed them all the papers, etc., they had to confer for four days amongst themselves.....which was ridiculous! They had numerous other processes which were ridiculous, so this is just a warning to the wise. Anyhoo, they cut me a check for the remainder in the acct. yesterday, and I'm glad never to have to deal with them again. He'd had this particular acct. over 30 years. Just a warning to the wise of how thingees might play. It's total unnecessary aggravation! Low '60's this a.m......lovely day! ( : Buckette
