    2. Mornin' Cuzzies, Just endless, endless thingees to do....I often wonder what kind of dent I'm making in the overall mess. I will have to hand it to Momma.....she was down to minimal in mess, and it was all in apple pie order. Wonder if I can be like that? Well, I just bounce along and am cheery....but, folks, I wanna tell you..... losing your partner is beyond sad. It's the most tragic thing in the world.... I would suspect losing a child takes precedence. Ole Buckley and I were the most independent, I'll do it my way people ever. I doubt that anyone else could have been married to either of us.....but, thru the years and particularly since our little buddy Da Kid left home several years ago, we obviously bonded w/ glue like concrete. After you go thru all the have to's and settle into the day by day, you find yourself absolutely devastated! We were both huge readers and would spend all day here reading and never going anywhere. We never needed to.....we actually never needed anyone else. I never realized that. Most of OB's running buddies are gone, and most of my closest friends live actually out of town. Didn't really bother us. We had the beautiful woods here, the critters, the cat crew, and each other.....I never dreamed we were so bonded. It's just not my nature to think that about another person. Anyhoo, though you won't hear it from me again, this is the saddest thing I ever went thru in my life! So, take what you have today and rejoice in it, and have a good one! Susan
