    3. Yes -- That's him and it was Clinton. I accidentally skipped Granddaddy Jim as they called him! I have put some of the info I have been gathering online and I did, just this weekend, get some of the Lovelaces up. Feel free to check it out: http://www.haywoodcountyline.com. Click on the name "Lovelace." There is a photo of Guy, Granddaddy Jim and "Charlie B" as he was called, on the Lovelace page. I have not proofed it yet and I know some of my dates and details are wrong so anyone who sees something I did wrong on the Lovelaces feel free to email me at swilliams@elvis.com and I'll fix it right away. If you happen to be interested in any Williams' from the same area, you can check them out also. I have info and photos on all the other families. Now I need some time to get them all online! It's been harder than I thought learning html. Oh, check out my blog too. I posted a video on it of Guy Lovelace and his garden. I am slightly confused. I don't have a Guy Lovelace that is the son of Charles Buchanan. I do have a Guy C (Clinton?) that is the grandson of Charles Buchanan, his father is James Luther. If this is not the same Guy, what is the birth date of your grandfather? Glad to have found the site. I have only been working on my ancestry for a few months but seem to be addicted. I can't get off my computer at night! My mother is a Lovelace. She was the daughter of Guy Lovelace, son of Charles Buchanan Lovelace, son of Thomas A. Lovelace, son of Thomas Lovelace, son of Charles Lovelace, son of John Baptist Lovelace. It appears around 1834, Thomas A. moved his family to Haywood County, TN and that is where they all stayed until my mother left for the big city. My aunt and uncle are Lovelaces and they still live in the house in Haywood County in which my grandfather, Guy Lovelace, grew up. The front yard has the largest Magnolia tree in this region. I am looking forward to checking out the archives! You can access it right now by clicking on the "Documents" button on the left margin of the main page.
