Should my wife marry then one half the property be given up and divided between my children, at her death the balance to them. To my wll beloved son William C. Mitchell negros: Rachel and Joe To my beloved daughter Sally C. Lovelace negros: Liz and Aggy and at her death to her children should she have any, if not to the rest of my children. Not to be used by her husband for debts. Appoint Willam C. Mitchell, Thomas Lovelace, James Lovelace and John McHaney executors of this legacy. I lend my beloved daughter Nancy Lovelace negros Amy and Charlotte, subject to same conditions of above with William C. Mitchell, James Lovelace and Nathaniel Lovelace executors of this legacy.
