Moore on open account and paid per receipt 2.54 7) of current money paid to Trueman Tyler for fees accruing on this administration 8.15 of 6 percent commission of $572.54¼ 35.55 -------- 80.99 Balance due the Estate 511.55½ --------- Estate accounted for $592.54½. ========= On the 8th day of April 1823 came Basil Loveless the within accountant and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that the within Accounts is just and true as stated and that he has bonafide, paid or secured to be paid the several sums of money for which he craves and allowance which thereupon after due examination is passed by order of the Orphan's Court.
