A graduate of Horace Mann High, Indiana University Bloomington and served in the U.S. Marines and U.S. Army. James was the proud father of two children Lora Michelle Whitticker Esq. of Chicago, IL and John Whitticker (who preceded him in death). He leaves to cherish his memory mother Patricia Marian Lovelace; daughter Attorney Lora Michelle Whitticker; sister Karen (Roger) Lovelace-Velasques; brother C.
