Betty J. Holdcraft(1931 - 2016) Betty J. Holdcraft, 84 MUNCIE - Betty J. Holdcraft, 84, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Betty was born September 22, 1931 in Middletown, OH to Walker and Nancy Sawyer Lovelace. She married Eugene "Buck" Holdcraft on June 20, 1954. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Betty was a member of Corinth United Methodist Church., Moose Lodge and VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by her loving husband, Buck; daughters, Debra (Monte) Wilson, and Janelle (Gary) Hoagland; four grandchildren, Chad (Kristi) Hoagland, Cara (Matthew) Welch, Cassie (Kenny) Taylor, and Kyle Wilson; also ten great-grandchildren survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ewell Lovelace and grandchild, Josh Wilson. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Betty will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday, September 5, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Corinth Untied Methodist Church or the Little Red Door of Delaware County.
