Bubba Swafford Bubba Swafford San Angelo Bubba Swafford, 52, passed away unexpectedly in San Angelo, Texas, Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016. Visitation will be held all day Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, with family present from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, in Shaffer Funeral Home's Sherwood Way chapel. Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way. He was born on July 7, 1964, in San Angelo, Texas, to Freddie Swafford Sr., and Thereassa Lovelace. He was a well-known mechanic of 35 years. He loved to be with his friends and family. His pride and joy were his grandkids. He would do anything for anyone, even if it meant he had to do without. Bubba is survived by his wife, Dianna Spieker Swafford of San Angelo, Texas; his son, Weston Swafford of San Angelo, Texas; his daughters, Amber Ferguson and husband Brandon of Ballinger, Texas, and Chastin Swafford and husband Stacy Powell Jr. of Abilene, Texas; stepson Bo Spieker and wife Ashley of Abilene, Texas; his grandchildren, Kameron, Allison, Hunter Ferguson of Ballinger, Texas, and Peyton and Harper Powell of Abilene, Texas; sisters Sonja Gentry, JoAnn Swafford, Tina Sepeda, Sharon Ford, LaDonna Dillon, and Sammy Smith; brothers Richard, Jimmy and Ken Jay Ford, Kelly and Stacy Carroll, and family of Richard Cochran; grandmother Vita Spearman; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
