>From Legacy.com Published in Morning News on February 18, 2011 Alberta Echols Robinson (Picture appears to be of a African American) Alberta Echols Robinson FLORENCE - Funeral services for Mrs. Alberta Echols Robinson of Darl-ington will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Majority Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. She died on Monday, February 14, 2011 at her residence after an illness. Alberta, the daughter of the late Levan Echols and Everlee Johnson Echols, was born March 1, 1947, in Florence County. She attended Florence County public schools and graduated from Wilson High School in 1967. She was employed as a seamstress and a dietician. She was a member of Bethel Apostolic Church. After her health failed, she continued to praise the Lord at home and at whatever church she visited. Survivors are: her husband, Clifford R. Robinson, Sr. of Florence, SC; four children, Yvette (Alonsa) Brown, Alicia Robinson, Clifford (Danielle) Robinson, Jr. and Iris Edwards, all of Florence, SC; 11 grandchildren; one great-grand; sister, Evelyn (Willie) Hemingway of Florence, SC; brother, Isaiah (Daisy) Echols of Florence, SC; aunts, Annie Mae Jupiter, Julia Pringle, Uneedia Deas, Beatrice Clinton, Dorothy Phillips and Ethel Perry all of Florence SC, and Mary Moses of Manhattan, NY; sister-in-law, Alma Lovelace of Durham, NC; special cousins, Selena Goodson and Nathaline Ingram; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives.
