Lou Ann, Back on 06 Dec 2010 you wrote the following: "I have eight children for John and Milley son James b ca 1785/86 VA d aft 1850 Pendleton Co KY m Mary "Polly" Arvin b ca 1785 OH their son Henry b ca 1822 with wife Liza (no further info) or wife Hannah Hutton ....not sure which was mother of James James Moses b Jun 14, 1848 d May , 1941 Washington Co IN m Nancy Anna Lockhart" Where did you get your information on Henry? I have Henry, the son of James and Mary Arvin as being born in 1826-1827 in Pendleton County, Kentucky. I do not have him with a wife. In fact, I have not been able to locate Henry after he is listed on the 1850 census. There is a Henry Lovelace in Pike County, Indiana, who is the right age and for whom I have not yet identified any parents. But he and his wife Marty are listed on the 1850 census for Pike County, Indiana, which was enumerated on 11 Aug 1850. The census for Pendleton County, Kentucky, was enumerated on 30 Sep 1850. The two censuses are not for the same individual. The only James Moses that I have in my database is James Moses Loveless, born in the 1880's. He is the son of Crenius G. Loveless and his wife Nancy Victoria Brown of Pulaski County, Kentucky. There is a James M. Loveless, age 1, on the 1850 census. He is the son of John and Ruhama Loveless of Macoupin County, Illinois. There is no James Lovelxxx to be found in Washington County, Indiana, on the 1790 thru 1870 censuses. -- Jack D. Lovelace
