Published in Shelby Star on January 28, 2011 Reba Faye Bridges SHELBY-Reba Faye Bridges, 67, of 302 Bear Creek Rd., died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at her home. A native of Cherokee County, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Farris Leroy and Margaret Inez Roberts Bridges. Reba was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Carl Ray Bridges. She is survived by her three sons, Mark Ledbetter and wife Teri of Shelby, Brian Ledbetter of Blacksburg, and Jason McNeilly of Shelby; four sisters, Carol Ann Chapman, Sylvia Louise Lovelace, Dianne Bridges, all of Shelby, and Kaye Santana of Burlington; three brothers Ralph Bridges of Greensboro, Max and Wayne Bridges of Shelby and four grandchildren.
