Mornin' Cuzzies, A little fresca around the edges...low 50's. Sun is out....pretty. I really bombed over the game yesterday.....Da Kid told me that,and maybe I assumed more than he was telling me. Anyhoo,really look forward to the shoot outs today. Da Kid is running try outs for the Little League teams that playout of the fields where he teaches. Everyone gets in a completelather over these things.....coaches jockeying for the best players.Kids and parents jockeying for the best teams to get on. I'llswear.....as an ole coach I view these thingees as having gottencompletely out of hand. The children no longer learn any of their family's value systemsor about the world from their parents at the dinner table. Thereis no more dinner table.....everyone is out playing sports at that hour. And, the odds are.....one in a gazillion will make it. So, I now fail tosee what benefits are coming from playing the game. It's all beengrossly overdone. However, as bad as that all is, it beats the insane texting that'sconsumed the world!
