My very steep learning curve these days includes part CPA,part financial planner, banker, investor, oil operator, tax analyst, et al....you name it! And, all I really want to do to sit around creating beautifulsurroundings <interior designing>, petting what is left of the cat crew,and listening to mah music....which has no semblance to anything heardon the air waves. Football has been great! The TCU win was my favorite! And, thespectacular purple trash of all their outfits in the grandstands was tackyTexas in its grandeur. Ah looooved it! Yes, we love our football downhere, and we are somewhat a different breed of cat. And, I know Lil'Cuz, for real, Jeff in New Mexico, hasn't come down to earth yet. ( :Chime in, Jeff, and tell us how it felt.... Looks like there may be a wedding in the future.....Da Kid and Miss Pooare actually thinking abt. tying the knot.....my, my. Happy New Year Buckette This is your cousin Jeff chimming in. It was great seeing TCU win and disprove to all the "experts" that thought TCU wasn't one of the elite schools and was overated and didn't deserve a chance for the national championship or even a BCS. Let these "experts" know that we have the crow roasting on the grill and roasted New Mexico chilies, tortillas, and frijoles to go with it. They won one for the little guy. And we still have more football to go with Arkansas and the Sugar Bowl and then the championship next week.
