DAVID N. LOVELESS David N. Loveless HAMILTON David N. Loveless, 70, of Hamilton, NJ, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, at home of respiratory complications due to ALS. Born in Trenton, NJ, Dave was raised in Lawrence Twp. and had been a long time resident of Hamilton. He was employed by the Hamilton Twp. School District for over 30 years as a teacher of biological sciences at Hamilton West and later as curriculum consultant for educational technology for the district. Dave was a retired colonel in the NJ National Guard, serving over 25 years. All who knew Dave were influenced by his infectious passion for nature and many boating activities, with fishing being his priority. Dave was the son of the late Harry J. Loveless and uncle to the late Vincent Palombi. He is survived by his mother, Marie (Bregenzer) Loveless; his beloved wife of 37 years, RuthAnn (Palombi) Loveless; his sister, Helene Botos; his brother, Richard and wife, Dee Loveless, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Remo and Jacqueline Palombi. Also cherishing his memory are his nieces, Sherry Botos, Kimberly (Botos) Walser and husband, Stacy Walser, and Adrienne Palombi, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Wayne was born on October 8, 1933, in Lowder, the son of Everett and Pauline Loveless Lowder. He married Connie Staton on January 30, 1960, in Jacksonville. She preceded him in death on June 20, 2000. Wayne was a 1953 graduate of Waverly High School and enlisted in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He attained the rank of corporal and served from 1953 to 1955. He attended Jump School at Fort Benning, Ga., serving as a member of the 82nd Airborne, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Parachute Badge and the Good Conduct Medal. Wayne was a cement finisher and carpenter by trade and continued working until his 81st birthday. He enjoyed turkey hunting and was an avid Cubs fan. Surviving are his two sons, Mark (Robin) Lowder of Waverly and Mike (Neelu) Lowder of Springfield; sisters, Eileen Kruse of Springfield and Shirley Wasilewski of Athens; a brother, Bill Lowder of Waverly; one grandson, Sean Lowder of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Donald, Robert and Dale. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Waverly East Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Waverly American Legion. RICHARD RING GIRARD(1957 - 2016) RICHARD RING GIRARD July 26, 1957 ~ July 30, 2016 Richard Ring Girard died suddenly at the age of 59 on July 30, 2016 in a kayaking accident near his home in Red Bluff, Ca. Richard, a native of California, was born on July 26, 1957 and married on July 21, 1990 to his wife Penny Girard. In addition to his wife Penny, Richard is survived by his children Steven, Matthew and Lindsey Girard, his mother Agnes Girard, his granddaughter Bella, his siblings Genevieve Wright, Sharon Ferreira, Perry Girard, Edward Girard, and Jeannine Girard and their spouses and children and Steven's mother MaryAnn. Richard is also survived by his mother in law Rexine Cunningham and his wife's siblings Dennis Cunningham, Linda Lovelace, Peggy Podliska, Karen Flynn and their spouses and children. Richard was preceded in death by his father George, nephew Timothy, and great nephew Dean. A celebration of Richard's life will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Red Bluff Community Center in Red Bluff, Ca. All are invited to bring your stories and share in this day together honoring this special man. Carmel, Illinois, to Roscoe Carter Duncan and Edna Elizabeth McRoberts Duncan. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was previously married to Edith Ruth Pauley who preceded him in death. He married Joanne Bailey Wood in 1980. He attended First Presbyterian Church in Paoli, and was a Past Clerk of Session: Presbytery of Ohio Valley and a member of Committee on Ministry. He attended New Mexico School of Mines, earned B.S. in Chemistry (Magna Cum Laude); Purdue University, M.S. in Chemistry; and St. Louis University Law School, J.D. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar, 1968, Illinois Bar, 1968, California Bar, 1970; registered attorney, US Patent Office, 1971; admitted to Texas Bar, 1973, and the Indiana Bar, 1989. He served in the U.S. Navy, 1943-1946: Served on U.S.S. Nassau, CVE-16, in WWII: American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars; and Civil Air Patrol. He was a member of the Newton-Stewart Masonic Lodge #432, Paoli, Indiana, Scottish Rite, Murat, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Shrine, Hadi Temple Evansville, Indiana. He was President of the Orange County Election Board, French Lick Board of Aviation, Commissioners, Secretary; Orange County Innkeepers Tax Committee, Orange County Economic Development Partnership, Director: Orange 2000, V.P., French Lick Hangar Associates, Inc. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers John Jr. Lovelace, and Arthur Lee Lovelace. He is survived by his daughter La'Tashia Majors (Terrance Taylor), sisters Oretha Crosby, Mary Barbee, and a brother Norris C Lovelace. Grandchildren, Damontez Shackelford, Terrance Taylor Jr, Taywan Taylor, Tashae Taylor, and a host of family and friends. The family wishes to celebrate his life privately. She had been a resident of Waco since February 1946 and was a member… of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Waco. She was married to Ben F. Mitchell from April 1947 until his death in February 1969. She was married to Richard Carl Lovelace from May 1986 until his death in May 1994. Mrs. Lovelace retired in February 1977 after 32 years employment with the federal government. During retirement she enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening and playing bridge. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna Green and her brother Frederick Green. She is survived by her sister, Kathryn Green Hudiburgh; niece, Neva Cochran and husband, Don, of Dallas; nephew, Tom Hudiburgh and wife, Sue, of Carrollton; and grandniece, Stephanie Hudiburgh.
