O.K., I haven't posted for a while, so I thought I'd repost this: Looking for info on the family of William C. Love b. 1903 on a houseboat in the middle of the Mississippi River by Shreveport, LA. His father was Chastine T. Love, listed on a census as being from North Carolina. The same census indicated his parents were from Ireland, but gave no names. Chastine married Mary Fannie Dial, daughter of John Hasten or Hastings Dial. The Dials also came from North Carolina. Need any info on Chastine and Mary. Mary managed a boarding house in what is now downtown Shreveport for a few years. The family also lived in Oil City. Lindsey D. Love
