Dear Mary, About all these DAVID LOVEs: . My David Love is COL DAVID LOVE of the Rev. War who married Jean or Jane Blount. (1740-1798).They were married in NC in 1772.However, Va and NC were changing borders for a good while so I take the state with a grain of salt. He was born in Anson County NC and died in Greensboro, Ga. For a time he had living with him a young adult cousin or nephew ALSO named DAVID LOVE who is said to have run away from his father in NC because he couldn't get along with his stepmother.
