    1. [LOVE-L] LOVES in PA 1790's

    3. There have been occasional references to LOVEs in PA in the late 1700's (such as the one below). My Joseph LOVE was born in PA in 1797, but I have no idea who his father is. Joseph married Susannah Andrews b. 1801 VA. In the early 1800's this family bounced back and forth between PA and VA before moving to IL and west. He named his first son William. Has anyone done a survey of all the LOVEs in PA and adjacent states in the mid-late 1700's? Please, anyone with LOVEs in this area at this time, send in your info (name, DOB, POB, wife & children's names if known) and I would love to sit down and sort through it all for connections and then post the results. How many different LOVE families could there have been at that time? Maybe a few, but there must be SOME connections!
