I also did a search using his age and got nothing that I thought might be him - where was he born? When I searched Oshkosh I found 2 Williams, one aged 69, living alone and one aged 45 with a wife (unnamed) and a daughter Edna aged 17. I searched in nearby counties, also Milwaukee. This one fascinated me since I lived in Oshkosh from 1962-1997. Sara
