I would be interested in this project, too. I am a descendant of a man named Chastine/Chastain T. Love. I am unsure as to whether this is his real name, but that is the one on the marriage contract posted in North Louisiana in about 1896. His info on the census says he was born in North Carolina and his parents were both from Ireland. I have my doubts as to whether the aforementioned was his real name, but I have to go with what I found on the Louisiana Census. I know my grandmother always said we had relative in NC, Mississipi, Alabama and I think Texas. My grandfather's name was William C. Love which seems to be a reallly common name for many Love lines.
