    3. Hi Mickey - would be happy to claim you as a "kissin cuzin" - Haven't seen you post for a while - like everyone else - takin a break. I still have all your info in the database - still lookin for connections. Of John's sons: (1) John Royall LOVE was a Patriot during the Revolution though he was pretty young to have been in service. He married Rachel (maiden name unk) and had two known children: (1) Milton Royall LOVE b. ca 1806, m. Mary ATTERBERRY, d. 1870 in Noxubee County, MS. A daughter, Lucinda, married William MINTER, no further info. (2) William m. Mary KOLB and had known sons, S.J. and Luther and a daughter, Bettie. I have no info on the children. (3) Samuel m. Ruth KOLB and they had sons James Kolb LOVE and Royall Kolb LOVE. Royall died in 1891 in Louisiana. I would be happy to share the expense of a DNA test for any LOVE who can prove descent from John through any of the sons. At least, I feel confident that will prove I am Lou's "kissin' cousin." 3. Lou: I have been watching the list daily but haven't posted in quite a while. I don't have anything new and I am pretty well convinced that the "proof" I need to tie John to English Bill will never be found. I have found a couple of references in Chester County to William Love's will...one mention in some land that one of John's son sold..but the will itself is not there. Given that Bill was a Tory, maybe the family just divided his property according to his wishes and didn't file the thing. I just pray that somebody somewhere is in possession of the original and that it will surface someday. Also, I am quite surprised that his property was not confiscated but, surprisingly, there is no record of that, either. Maybe it is because he had sons and grandsons who were Patriots? The history of that family will nearly break your heart! What they went through in that war was near unbelieveable. I know lots of folks are scared to death of having it proven they descend from English Bill. I may be the only one who hopes she is! Nice to hear from you. Are you okay?
