Hello All. I am still trying to break the brick wall around my great-great grandmother, MARY JANE LOVE. She was born about 1815 probably in Sumner Co TN, and in 1846 married ALLEN JONES in Sumner Co TN (I have a copy of the certificate). Their first few children were born in Sumner Co TN and the family then moved to Butler Co Ky by 1860 when my great-grandmother, MARGARET E JONES was born. Margaret complicates my research by marrying another Sumner Co TN JONES boy, Isaac A. Jones in Butler Co KY in Sept of 1882 ( I have that certificate). So I have a LOVE wall and a double JONES wall. Can anyone help me with MARY JANE LOVE? The family was friends with Campbells, and Wrights. Also, Isaac's parents were WILEY JONES and MARY NEAL, who I believe to be the daughter of BRITTON JONES NEAL (yet another Jones family?) and ELIZABETH 'BETSEY' MCNEELY. I have 1 Allen Jones [No Dates] - parents are Cornelius Jones & Bessie Leitner.Her parents are in SC & Fla. - so don't think they're yours.
