There is a website that lists thousands of PA men who served in the PA militia during the Rev. War: http://www.digitalarchives.state.pa.us. I have copied the first name of all the Loves. Keep in mind that militia volunteers usually did so for 3 months at a time, not like the Continental Army with fancier uniforms and who enlisted sometimes indefinitely. The militia was primarily to defend one's own county, tho they could go to other counties or even other states if they wanted to volunteer their services elsewhere.
