Clinton married Mary Elizabeth Stalker who was born in Albany Co., NY on Aug 21, 1808. She was the daughter of John Stalker and Clarisa Bradt. Clinton and Mary lived in NY until the mid 1840's when they moved to Wisconsin. He died there on Sept 22, 1874, and is buried in Cashton, Vernon Co. Mary moved to KS and died there in Sabetha, Nemaha Co., in 1889 Their children: Lucretia m. Nathan Codner Clarissa m. Gilbert Tuttle John m Polly Porter Rachel m. James Erckenbrack Jeremiah m. Phoebe Runyan George W. m. Fidelia King and #2 Carolyn (Rathbun) Leigh Alida m. Edwin Runyan and #2 Joseph Allbee Mary m. Orvil Dickson and #2 David Quackenbush Henry m. Susan Palmer Albert m. Abby Scofield (Scovil) and #2 Effie Travis We need help with Clinton's parentage and/or siblings.
