No.... they could have been married in Reno or Las Vegas and so there would be no record of the marriage in CA. But the children could have been born???? Their birth records would be filed where they were born. IF they were adopted out, then their original birth certificates would be sealed by the courts and new certificates issued with the adoptive parents names.
