Don't know if you'll pick this up after 5 years! I'm doing some research for a friend, whose father was (if I'm right) Thomas Paul Lorimer (1893-1966). His line was Archibald, Adam, Archibald, etc. - the same as yours. But I know that Thomas Paul Lorimer was married twice, and my friend's mother (Adele Svedas, aka Russell, a Lithuanian) was his 2nd wife. Who was Ella? Was she Thomas' first wife?
