Just my personal opinion, but I'm betting it is legal. . . selling a used book and the seller can price it at whatever they want. "Buyer Beware".. . and all that stuff. The buyer would be the one who would be obligated to shop around for the best price. I don't know how you go about listing it with Amazon, but I'm wondering if the way to handle it wouldn't be to let it be known its available and at your price.
