Ginny, if you look at my line (on Steve's list of researchers) you will see that this is my line that submitted the application. It is David, the son of Robert who can be claimed in DAR. Margaret MeClellan Looney was the daughter of John Spurgeon Looney, who was the son of David, who was the son of David. There is at least one other submission from my line with Elziabeth (I think) McKnight as the submitter. So, the submission was correct, it just wasn't your direct line. Hope that this helps.
