This really was a very good link to comprehensive Isle of Man information for anyone who is going there or is just interested in any part of the history. Looney names do appear but require a good deal of searching for (try the surnames pages for starters). Even if it doesn't add to the quest for our particular ancestors it must add flavour to any understanding of where and how they lived before arriving in the colonies.
