    1. [LOONEY-L] Peter "Grancer" Luna
    2. Hi Folks: I'm very curious to know where the information is coming from which names our Peter Luna as Peter Grancer Luna , Peter Grancer II, III etc. I certainly may be in error, but have always understood that "Grancer" and sometimes "Old Grancer" was a nickname for our Peter (3). Peter (2) didn't live long enough to be called "Old" anything. Did Peter (3) also not go by Peter 'Pitman' Luna some? I always took that to mean he didn't have a middle name or he would have used it and kept the name surname Looney? Speculation on my part, of course. Do any of you all know what Grancer means? I'm thinking someone once told me it was "Grandfather" in Spanish, but since I don't speak Spanish, I don't have a clue as to whether that is correct or not. In any case, if Grancer was indeed his middle name, then we should use it as such, but if not, isn't it going to be misleading to others who come along after us? I would appreciate hearing others views regarding this. Karen Luna Ray
