Karen, I agree. It was misleading to me, but I know what it means. Granger is just a nickname, and because there is so many Peters, it was just a way of identifying the Peter's. Pitman is the last name of Peter's wife, and to not get confused with his cousin, who was also Peter, he adopted it for a middle name. He signed records Peter P. Luna.
