Bettye & Bill Joseph Kyle Looney was indeed the son of Robert & Rebecca Looney. Joseph came out to Texas from AL and settled around what is now San Antonio, TX. He was very instrumental in writing the new laws for the new state of Texas after the battle of Santa Ana. Also have a complete document (all in the original SPANISH) signed by Estfan F.
