I'm familiar with the family, actually met two of them in person in 1989 (by pure accident) and communicated with one of their daughter in later years. This daughter works as a secretary at a university there in the western part of VA. not too far from Natural Bridge. The family is documented in Vol. 2 of "Then Along Came Joe" by Dunlap. What exactly is it you are looking for?
