I want to add a PS to this letter here. She had info in this GEDCOM online that to the best of my knowledge, only my immediate family knows. Here is the letter: <<Hi All you Looney researchers, I am writing because I recently found Winona Brown Turner's GEDCOM on the internet that has alot of my family in it. Either there is alot of errors and/or unverified info in it, or somebody out there knows something that I don't. I wrote and asked her where she got the info, and she didn't know. All of you are the ones she listed as potential sources. As some of you know, I am descended from Calvin McDaniel and Mary Jane Looney. Are any of you researching this line and/or do you know where she received the information about this line? I am very concerned about this because: 1) I do not like unverified info passed along 2) If someone knows for sure that Mary Jane is the daughter of Absalom Looney and Mary Ann Price, I surely would like to know, as I have been beating my head against this brick wall for quite some time now.
