Hi all, Does anybody know where, or even approximately where, and of these Looney and Ruyle families lived in 1850 Polk County? The census does not mention a township, only Polk Co MO. All of these people were neighbors and lived near my ggrandparents Calvin and Mary Jane (Looney) McDaniel. Benjamin (age 52) and Mary Looney and Mary E Ruyle (I believe this is Benjamin, son of John and Mary Garrison Looney) John and Samantha (Holder) Looney and family Jesse (age appox 25) and Mary Looney and family Phebe A. Ruyle and family Gideon (age 34) and Sarah Ruyle and family Elizabeth Ruyle age 67 Alvia (?) (age 26) and Susanha Ruyle and daughter Sarah A. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
