I was told that people coming to America from England or provinces of England, before the American Revolution, were not required to be listed on immigrant list, or even passenger list, as America then was owned by England. Only people from Mainland Europe and other places in the world that were not owned by England were mostly charted on those very early list. I think convicts or people who were sent from England as punishment for Crimes in those early days, were documented though. Dianne
